Today in Kan Co Circuit, Aaron C. Dunbar (40 yoa from St. Albans) plead guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Breaking & Entering. He will be sentenced on January 7, 2010.
This plea resulted from a June 8, 2009 incident in which he and an accomplice, David Steaddman, were caught stealing copper wire from a storage trailer located on the CSX property on Drew Street in St. Albans. Dunbar was caught in the act by Lt. D. C. Harris & Sgt. J. A. Butler on an unrelated matter of looking for a juvenile runaway.
Part of the plea agreement calls for Dunbar to testify against Steadman during his trial currently set for April of 2010.
Today's plea was in front of Judge Zakaib.
