Sometime during the late night of November 12 and early morning of November 13, there were three break-ins and one attempt in St. Albans. Outbuildings and garages were the targets of thieves. Usual items like lawn mowers, weed eaters, & leaf blowers were stolen. In addition a mountain bike, TV, & microwave oven were also taken.

These crimes occurred in the 2700 block of Lincoln Avenue and 2800 block of Washington Avenue. One other attempted break-in was reported in the area, but the offenders didn't get inside the outbuilding.

One other theft was reported that may be related in the 1100 block of Kanawha Terrace. A motorcycle was stolen from a storage building. It is a licensed trail-bike and had been entered into NCIC.

It is believed that these incidents may be related to several similar thefts from outbuildings in St. Albans the past two or three months.
