On the early evening of Nov 9, a man mistakenly left his debit card in the ATM at WV Federal Credit Union along MacCorkle Ave in St. Albans. A few seconds after he left, a car with two women in it found the card. He left his transaction still active, so they were able to withdraw $200 in cash.

After this, he women went to the St. Albans Krogers where they purchased over $200 worth of groceries. The card was also used at two convenience stores in St. Albans and South Charleston and another business in Charleston.
