Two children were struck by a car in the 900 block of Zerkle Street earlier today. At a little after 4pm, Isaiah (age 6) and Ethan (age 8) Hazlewood ran out in to the street from behind a parked car and were struck by a car driven by Marie Stephenson (90 yoa from St. Albans). The children were taken to Thomas Hospital with minor injuries. No charges are expected to be filed.
