Information developed from Ptl. Marc Gilbert & Special Agent D. Cavender from the ATF, has implicated 3 area juveniles in the two break-ins to Ye Olde Gun Shoppe last week. All of the juveniles are about 15 years old.

Working from prior knowledge of criminal activity, the 3 juveniles were identified and approached. They were interviewed and statements were eventually taken with parents present. Unfortunately, only two of the guns have been recovered thus far.

Since the suspects are juvenile, there can be no federal charges filed, so Ptl. Gilbert will be obtaining Juvenile Petitions on the three. The investigation is still on-going.
